This draft describes what HAVEN collects, why, and the choices you have. HAVEN provides community-management software to homeowner associations, neighborhoods and clubs ("communities"). Each community decides who can join and what its members can see.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, and your profile photo.
- Community details: the communities and households you belong to, your role, and what you do in them, such as bookings, event registrations, guest passes and announcements you read.
- Payment records: amounts, dates, fees and status of payments you make to your community. Card and bank details are entered into Stripe and never stored by HAVEN.
- Guest details: the name and email address of guests a member invites, used to send the guest pass.
- Device details: a push notification token if you allow notifications, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
We use this information to run the service for your community: to sign you in, show you the right community, process bookings and payments, send notifications and emails you asked for, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Administrators of your community see what they need to manage it, according to their role. Administrators see the names of a household's dependents, not their contact details. Other members see only what the community chooses to share.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run HAVEN: Supabase (database and hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Expo (push notifications) and Vercel (website hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, turn notifications off, and delete your account and data from the app. Payment records your community must keep for its accounts may be retained by the community after you leave.
